“The Railway Odyssey," a recruitment campaign by SNCF Réseau on Roblox, brought to life through collaboration with Swipe Back, Kewl, and Publicis Media. This innovative experience seamlessly merges the realms of employer branding and gaming. To achieve this goal, the project leverages the Roblox platform to create an immersive experience, inspired by popular game mechanics. It offers two distinct modes: a single-player mode with six diverse missions and a social hub allowing participants to exchange with recruiters and explore the universe. Swipe Back has crafted an immersive experience on Roblox, presenting six captivating quests related to careers at SNCF Réseau. Integrating puzzles and logic games into a 3D environment, the initiative aims to educate in an entertaining manner. The "Railway Odyssey" campaign introduces career opportunities and recruitment prospects. The launch with Zenith, Publicis Media Content, Konbini, and Twitch streams includes a Roblox competition to inspire vocations and attract new talent from the younger generation. The goal is to revolutionize recruitment by offering an immersive experience, revealing the potential of talents interested in technical professions at SNCF Réseau.
